The Xukium name and logo, the Application, the code, the Site design and the original materials belong to Xukium or its licensors. No right to use the brand is granted, other than what is needed to refer to Xukium truthfully (for example, to review or link to the product).
2. Independent project
Xukium is an independent project. It is not an official Mojang Studios or Microsoft product and is not endorsed, sponsored or authorized by those companies.
3. Third-party trademarks
Minecraft, its names, trademarks and assets belong to Mojang Studios / Microsoft. Windows and Microsoft are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Paddle, Firebase, Google, Cloudflare, GitHub, Modrinth and playit.gg are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe Xukium's compatibility or integrations, without implying endorsement or association.
4. User content
The worlds, configurations, mods, plugins and other files you manage with Xukium remain yours or their owners'. You are responsible for making sure you can use them legally and that they are compatible with your setup.
5. Intellectual property claims
If you believe any content on the Site or in the Application infringes your rights, write to us through support or at support@xukium.com stating: who you are, which right is infringed, where the content is located and a good-faith statement. We will review the request diligently.
